Room inventory

Zone numbering per the project blueprints (1–22 indoor/adjacent zones + a–b exterior zones; c = cross-zone facade lighting). Spatial topology, adjacency, and orientation live in the house model.

Thematic subsystem documents hold equipment and decisions; this inventory holds per-room locations.

1. Back hallway

  • Warm floor — shares its zone with the kitchen (one loop off the kitchen RC, no separate back-hallway loop — climate)
  • Lighting: ceiling lamp (model TBD; dimming optional)

2. Kitchen

  • AC: Daikin FBA50A9 ducted inverter unit (hidden)
  • Warm floor — its zone includes the back hallway's floor (one shared loop off this room's RC — climate)

  • Lighting (models TBD): 3 wall fixtures above the living room glass wall, below the awning; pool lights (underwater)
  • Small garden near the pool (part of this zone — not a separate blueprint zone): potential lights, TBD; wall control, if any, folded into kitchen 2.2's street scope
  • Provision (decided): a few KNX lines (+ power) to the pool-side garden for future lights/devices (cheap-insurance rule); fixtures and count are a follow-up

8. BBQ zone (covered outdoor)

9. Stairs

10. Corridor (1st floor)

  • Warm floor — shares its zone with the laundry room (one shared actuator loop — climate)
  • Lighting (all dimmable — low night-light mode wanted; models TBD): 5 ceiling light fixtures (not spots) — 1 before the stairs, 4 after
  • Under consideration: dedicated motion-reactive night lights (low-level orientation lights, e.g. recessed skirting/floor-wash fixtures) — TBD
  • Closet in the corridor — with closet lights
  • Blinds: west-facing windows (multiple) — motorized rolling blinds (windows are not tall) or external motorized blinds; TBD

11. Laundry room

13. Master bedroom hallway

14. Master bedroom
