Lighting

  • All light groups recorded so far are dimmable; specific fixture models: TBD.
  • Decided: most fixtures in the house will be DALI. KNX–DALI gateway required in the automation panel; DALI bus cabling to fixture positions. Per-group exceptions (plain mains dimming / switched): TBD.
  • Gateway model, DALI line count/addressing plan, and DT6 vs DT8 (tunable white) per group: TBD.
  • Facade decorative lighting: decorative fixtures on the house facade, extent/positions TBD. Needs: fixture plan, DALI-vs-switched decision, cabling to fixture positions. Wall override: living room 3.1 street unit (port/entrance button, bottom point). Automation client: dusk-on via weather station, scene membership (Scene-TBD; Leave behavior — off vs. on-for-security — policy TBD). See also room inventory zone c (facade lighting groups).
  • Plug-in lamp positions: wherever a plug-in lamp is (or may be) planned, the position needs either a dimmed socket circuit (own dimming channel) or a smart plug/bulb (HA-side, no wiring). Decision per position: TBD. Candidates so far: living room floor lamp; master bedroom floor lamp; master bedroom bedside lamps (if plug-in rather than wall-mounted); kid's bedroom table lamp (table by the north wall); Ekaterina's office table lamp; Pavel's office table lamp (potential); boudoir table lamp (potential); further candidates as inventory fills.
