Blinds and shading¶
- Motorized rolling blinds; motor type/brand and control path (KNX blind actuators assumed): TBD.
- Awning over the pool deck — KNX-controlled, 7 × 3.5 m single unit along the 7.5 m living-room glass wall. Selected family: Brustor B25 or B27 — exact model TBD, shared with the chill-zone awning. The specified size reaches the family's listed maximum single-unit width; the exact Standard/Elite/Prestige arm version must support the 3.5 m projection and be confirmed with the supplier. Note: extended awnings are wind-vulnerable — a weather station (wind sensor) with automatic retraction is standard practice; TBD. Wall-control point: planned on the kitchen 2.2 street tier (per-button map pending; 2.2's "awnings" scope confirmed to mean this awning); hub pages / automation remain complements.
- Chill zone (22) awning — same selected model as the pool-deck awning: Brustor B25 or B27 — exact model TBD; motorization/control: TBD. Wall-control point: master-bedroom 14.1; no dedicated outdoor control unit in the chill zone.
- Stairs roof-window awning — Brustor conservatory-awning family; exact model and control path: TBD.
- Mains electricity, control cabling, and KNX bus provision to every blind/awning position (cheap-insurance rule).
- Room-level blind positions and counts: room inventory.
