House model (topology and spatial reference)¶

Durable spatial model of the house — the single spatial reference behind the other documents. Zone numbers refer to the room inventory.

Structure¶

Known orientation¶

South = pool side (living room and kitchen south glass walls). Kitchen is to the west of the living room. Main entrance is on the south wall of the living room, near its east border. Living room also has an East window. Pavel's office glazing (window-wall with integrated thin sliding door + small window — see Spatial details) faces North. Corridor runs along the house's west wall with multiple west-facing windows. Other orientations TBD.

Spatial details¶

Living room dining zone: along the room's west wall, spanning from the kitchen entrance to the stairs (~75% of that wall's length); switch positions 3.2 (kitchen door) and 3.3 (stairs) flank it. Facing the 3.3 unit, stairs are to the right and dining to the left → the stairs sit at the north end of the west wall, the kitchen entrance toward its south end.
Covered entrance: cube-like canopy structure (козырёк — a "cube" open on two sides) at the main entrance; the entrance door is on its north edge. A wall plus the canopy separate it from the pool zone. A pedestrian fence door belongs to this zone.
Pool zone: wooden outdoor deck, 3.5 × 7.5 m, along the living room glass wall (7.5 m long, South-facing). A 7 × 3.5 m KNX-controlled awning runs along that wall and covers the entire deck depth when extended. A small garden sits near the pool (exact spot unrecorded; part of the pool zone, not a separate blueprint zone).
Kitchen glass wall adjoins to the west; the kitchen plus ~10 m of covered outdoor area in front of it (= the BBQ zone) sit under the first-floor overhang (self-shaded — no awning needed there).
Kitchen doors: the kitchen↔living-room door sits toward the south end of the shared (east) wall; the kitchen-side switch positions flank it — 2.1 to the north of the door, back-to-back with living-room 3.2 through the shared wall, 2.2 to the south, toward the glass wall / BBQ exit. The kitchen↔back-hallway door is in the kitchen's north wall, by the west wall — a doorframe without a door leaf (open passage).
Kitchen interior layout: a big, long kitchen island in the center of the room, long axis west–east, with the Miele cooker + built-in hood built into it; along the north wall, west→east from the back-hallway door: counter (switch position 2.3 above it, close to the back-hallway doorway; counter height 92 cm), sink, counter, then shelves and the freezer; a tea cupboard in the middle of the west wall (the tea-station cupboard of the inventory).
BBQ zone (8): fully covered outdoor space under the first-floor slab, in front of (south of) the kitchen. Bounded: kitchen to the north; driveway to the west, separated by a thick wall with small non-transparent windows; pool zone and the pool to the east. From above, the pool is completely uncovered while the BBQ zone is completely covered. An outdoor-kitchen counter runs along the west wall, with a sink and fireplace; the local-control candidate is above the counter somewhere between them.
Back hallway (1): small square room. Around it: Pavel's office to the north, the kitchen to the south, the server room to the east, the back entrance (exterior door) in the west wall. The kitchen side is a doorless opening — a doorframe with no door leaf: the same opening recorded as the kitchen↔back-hallway door in the kitchen's north wall by the west wall. Switch position 1.1 is on the east wall, to the left of the server-room door when facing it from the hallway — the north side of the door frame.
Guest toilet (6): the door leads through a short, unobstructed entry passage, approximately 50 cm from the door to the room proper; switch position 6.1 is on the left-hand wall when entering from the door toward the room. Whether this passage location is permitted as an outside wet-room control position under the applicable standards remains TBD with the electrician.
Pavel's office (5): north wall, west→east — a big window-wall with the integrated thin sliding door to the backyard (~2/3 of the wall length), then a wall segment, then a small window near the east wall. Desk by the east wall, standing off it at some distance (acoustic setup), Pavel facing east when seated. Switch position 5.2 is on the north-wall segment between the window-wall and the small window, to the seated Pavel's left, with a bra (wall fixture) directly above it.
Corridor (10): runs north→south along the west wall (west wall of the corridor = west wall of the house). Laundry room at the north end; its door is sliding, with the panel moving east when opened, and switch position 11.1 sits on the west side of the door. Along the corridor's east side, north→south: boudoir, stairs, master suite entrance, kid's bedroom entrance, Ekaterina's office entrance; kid's bathroom at the south end. The east-wall pier between the stairs opening and master-suite entrance is approximately 20 cm wide; switch position 10.1 is centered on it.
Stairs (9): a roof window sits directly above the stairs.
Boudoir (12): the room has a normal doorway, not an entrance hallway; switch position 12.1 is on the left-hand side when entering. The desk sits at the east end of the south wall; satellite provision 12.2 is in the two-socket row above it. That row is provisionally planned at 900 mm centerline above finished floor, with final height TBD with the designer; the desk height is unrecorded.
Master bedroom hallway (13): switch position 13.3 is on the north wall of the hallway, near its corner connection to the master bedroom (14), at the hallway's east end; from that hallway position, roughly half of the bedroom lies behind the corner.
Master bedroom (14): rectangular, approximately 4 × 4 m; the bed's headboard is against the north wall; the hallway enters at the center of the west wall; switch position 14.1 is on the west-wall section immediately south of that opening, close to the south sliding glass wall; bedside positions 14.2 and 14.3 are on the north wall above the west and east nightstands respectively; both bedside rows are at 700 mm centerline above finished floor.
Dressing room (16): switch position 16.1 is on the north wall immediately left of the door when viewed from inside the room (the west side of the opening); operator faces north.
Kid's bedroom (17): the entrance door opens into a short, approximately 50 cm-deep entry passage, which immediately opens into the main room; the door leaf opens toward the north wall. Switch position 17.1 is on the passage's south wall, about 20 cm from the main-room opening, clear of the open door; operator faces south.
Ekaterina's office (18): its entrance geometry matches the kid's bedroom — the door opens into a short, approximately 50 cm-deep entry passage, then immediately into the main room; the door leaf opens toward the north wall. Switch position 18.1 is on the passage's south wall, about 20 cm from the main-room opening, clear of the open door; operator faces south. The desk runs along the west wall from the doorframe to the south glazing. That wall has two separate electrical points above the desk: position 18.2, a horizontal 3-position socket/satellite frame around the middle of the desk at 850 mm centerline above finished floor, and pending position 18.3 near the glazing, whose exposed location beyond the curtain stack-back remains TBD with the designer.
Master balcony: split into a covered part (21) and an uncovered part = chill zone (22) with a small garden and an awning.
